What does Orvair sell?

Five live pieces: camera ski goggles, a hydrochromic rain jacket, an LED snowboard light kit, and two novelty face masks. Lot and Lodge footwear is not for sale yet.

What are the camera goggles?

They are sold in the 4K POV camera goggle category. Battery life, lens category, and weather sealing are not on this site because they are not confirmed for the unit we ship. They are not a helmet. They are not certified safety eyewear unless the unit you receive shows a standards mark.

What is the hydrochromic jacket?

A hooded rain jacket that shifts color where water hits. It is not an anime graphic puffer and not a resort hard shell. We do not publish a waterproof rating. The wet photo on the homepage is a studio preview of rain spots, not a lab test.

What is the LED snowboard light kit?

A light kit meant to mount on a board for night sessions and photos. Lumens, battery life, and waterproof rating are not listed because they are not confirmed. It is not a headlamp. Check resort rules before you ride after dark. There is no install guide on the product page yet. Ask us before you mount it on a board you care about.

Are the face masks safety gear?

No. Both masks are novelty prints for photos and lift lines. They are not helmets, goggles, or a cold-weather layer with a published rating. Fit is one-size stretch. There is no size chart.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship everything across the United States, and we ship the 4K Camera Ski Goggles to the United Kingdom. Masks and all other products ship to the US only for now. Most orders leave fulfillment partners in 2 to 4 business days. Typical US delivery is 12 to 20 business days. Estimated UK delivery for the goggles is about 2 to 3 weeks (an estimate, not a guarantee). Tracking arrives by email when the package moves. Details are on the Shipping page.

Do UK orders pay import VAT or duty?

Yes. UK orders ship with import charges unpaid. The carrier collects UK import VAT (20%), any customs duty, and its handling fee before delivery. We do not add UK VAT at checkout, so you only pay it once.

What does WELCOME10 do?

WELCOME10 takes 10% off the order, once per customer, at checkout. It does not create a second code. Free US shipping rules are separate and show at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Unused items in original packaging can start a return within 30 days of delivery. Use the Contact page with your order number. The Guarantee page has the full rules. Opened sealed electronics can be ineligible.

How do I ask about a spec that is not listed?

Email us from the Contact page with the product name. If we do not know, we will say so instead of guessing.
