Shipping notes

Shipping

Orvair ships snowboarding and streetwear gear across the United States from orvair.com. The 4K Camera Ski Goggles also ship to the United Kingdom.

United States

• Free US shipping on qualifying orders (threshold shown at checkout).
• Fulfillment: most orders leave our fulfillment partners within 2 to 4 business days.
• Delivery: typical US delivery lands in about 12 to 20 business days depending on carrier and destination.
• Tracking: you get a tracking link by email when the package moves.

United Kingdom (4K Camera Ski Goggles only)

• What ships: only the 4K Camera Ski Goggles ship to the UK. Face masks, balaclavas and all other products ship to the US only for now.
• Rate: the UK shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Delivery estimate: about 2 to 3 weeks after fulfillment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and customs clearance can add time.
• Import VAT and duties: UK orders ship with import charges unpaid. Before delivery, the carrier will ask you to pay UK import VAT (20%), any customs duty, and the carrier's handling fee. Orvair does not charge UK VAT at checkout, so you pay it only once.
• Unpaid import charges: if import charges are not paid, the carrier returns the parcel, and shipping and import costs cannot be refunded.

We do not ship outside the US and UK yet. If you need another destination, contact us before ordering.

Weather gear and lighted electronics may ship from different partner warehouses. Split shipments can arrive on different days. That is normal while the catalog expands.
