Where we ship

Orvair ships all products to addresses in the United States. The 4K Camera Ski Goggles also ship to the United Kingdom. Face masks, balaclavas and all other products ship to the US only. We do not ship to other countries yet. Checkout only offers shipping to destinations we support for the items in your cart.

Processing time

Most orders leave our fulfillment partners within 2 to 4 business days. Products may ship from different partner warehouses, so an order can arrive in more than one package on different days.

United States

Standard shipping is $8.00, and free on orders of $70.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00. Typical US delivery is about 12 to 20 business days depending on carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

United Kingdom (4K Camera Ski Goggles only)

The UK shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay and scales with the number of goggles in the order. Estimated UK delivery is about 2 to 3 weeks after fulfillment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and customs clearance can add time.

UK orders ship with import charges unpaid (Delivered At Place). Before delivery, the carrier will ask you to pay UK import VAT (20%), any customs duty, and the carrier's handling fee. Orvair does not charge UK VAT at checkout, so you pay it only once. If import charges are refused or not paid, the carrier returns the parcel, and the original shipping and any import costs cannot be refunded.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email when your package moves.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived well after the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and photos if relevant, and we will work with the carrier on a resolution.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help.
