Ride with confidence. If your Orvair order is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return for unused items in original packaging.

• Masks, apparel, and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and free of mountain wear.
• Camera goggles and LED lights must be unused, complete with all parts, and free of install marks.
• Opened sealed electronics may be ineligible if the seal is broken. Check the product page notes.

To start a return, email us from the Contact page with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method after inspection.

This guarantee covers product condition and fulfillment mistakes. It is not a medical warranty, and it does not cover damage from crashes, improper mounting, or normal wear after riding.
